Wonderful Gym! When I first started going to this Gym, I realized that my workouts weren’t well planned or structured in any way. I wasn’t gaining muscle or strength the way I wanted. Great and clean facility, it has great equipment always in good conditions. Its hard to find a gym that the owners actually care and this is one of those. They have great group workouts/classes (yoga, circuits, HIIT) if lifting its not your thing.
